In the fog of uncertainty

“Let’s see how things are by then.” – My most hated line right now

Sometimes there is nothing worse than uncertainty. To have everything hang in the balance until you see it lean ever so slightly in one direction. To teeter on the edge, too afraid to move forward and yet too tired of standing still in the same position. To put your life on hold because you can’t see where to go next and you don’t know when the fog will clear. To know that as you stand here and wait for something to happen so that you’ll know what to do, everything else is slowly being taken out of your control.
